The manor offers amazing views, especially from the terrace. The room was super comfy and nicely furnished. The location is fantastic with just a 20-minute walk to the town, where we found lovely pubs filled with a great christmas spirit. The staff were really friendly and supportive.

Good hotel with excellent wi-fi, a steam room, and friendly staff. They once helped me find my lost ring, which I still remember. I'm looking forward to coming back for Christmas!

The weather was lovely, had very enjoyable stay. The restaurant was nice for Dinner, I tried excellent dishes. The service was very good with parking on site. There were a steam room and a jacuzzi for guests too.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Friendly greeting on arrival, comfortable and clean room, quiet, beutifull location. Food reasonably priced, good portion size in a modern decore.
Typical country Hotel, needs a little modernisation. Pool, sauna etc closes at 8pm during weekend, they were cleaning the Jacuzi at 7:45pm so I was unable to use it after a long evening run which was a little disapointing.

The welcome warm and the service exceptional. The food was outstanding and the ambience of the hotel was just right.
Fiddley low powered shower that was difficult to regulate to the correct temperature.

Excellent value for money. Staff very good and well organised. Rooms are spacious, colonial and in keeping with the building. Lovely location and views. Crickhowell is a pretty little town with good local shops and pubs with restaurants to suit all budgets. The spa facilities are excellent, these facilities are unusual in a three star hotel.
The only observation I made was that some areas looked tired and in need of re-decoration, both inside and outside. However, this did not spoil my enjoyment of the Hotel.

Very polite warm welcome, all staff members helpful.
Ideally I would have prefered to have been informed that the pool and spa were not in use at booking; however this did not deter me from enjoying my stay.

Great right from my arrival, through the restaurant service for dinner and breakfast to the check-out. Great views from my room, which was comfortable and relaxing.Parking was easy and access to the hills around equally so. Food quality at dinner was good although green vegetables. Should have been served with the main course as the norm with a principally brown main dish. But I would certainly return in the near furure rather than look at alternatives.
3 sets of doors between the top of the staircase and my room; difficult with travel bag, briefcase and laptop!! But if that's all, I will have to travel lighter next time!

A comfortable room with a marvellous view from the windows.
The leisure centre was adequate, but the changing accommodation was unacceptable; extremely cramped, no lockers for clothes, etc., and none too clean

Staff made my room available before check-in time to enable me to get ready for a wedding, tis was very much appreciated. They also arranged a taxi for me and when one was not available took the initiative of arranging for me to share with other guests ( whom I did not know) going to the same wedding. Excellent service all round. Room was bright, modern, spacious, clean and extremely comfortable.
